CWA (Creative Web Advertising) was set up by Jackie & Joao in 2007. We have evolved a lot since those early days, but can also happily say that we have had many customers along for a lot of this interesting journey with us. I guess you could consider us a boutique agency, we are not a big entity and we enjoy working personally with our customers.

Joao Paulo (John Paul in English) has over 25 years experience in technology.
With a terrier-like attitude towards Search Engine Marketing, his persistence, innovation and problem solving abilities have helped increase profits significantly for a variety of clients. He has a progressive business style, loves to think outside the box and has a special talent for analysing data and trends.
We have yet to find a client who can pronounce his name easily, so he is called Juan (the Spanish for John) by most of our clients.

Jackie has worked for over 25 years in the media; in newspaper/magazine advertising and video production, and for the last 7 years in SEM and all that is interlinked to it, one way or the other.
She loves writing and anything to do with online marketing. She loves a challenge, has a good sense of humour and enjoys people both online and offline.
Anything that taps into her creativity gives her a buzz!

Markus’s mother tongue is German, with Portuguese being like a second mother tongue as he spent some of his earlier years living in South America.
He is fluent also in English and Spanish.
Markus is the one who brings the company a unique combination of German attention to detail with Brazilian creativity.
As you can guess from the photo he is also a musician.
